The Role: To provide support to a gentleman with severe learning difficulties. He needs support at home, and out in the community. You will support him with some personal care, being out in the community and encouraging physical activities.
Main Duties
· To assist with dressing and undressing
· To assist with using the bathroom
· To provide personal care
· To prepare meals and drinks
· To source and access social activities
· To encourage physical exercise, such as a small walk, or pushing in his wheelchair
· To visit cafes / pubs or the local church
· To monitor his epilepsy (This is controlled with medication)

Hours: 6 hours per week initially, broken down as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (07:45 – 08:45)
One evening per fortnight – hours to be negotiated
Occasional weekends – hours to be negotiated
Pay: £14.50 per hour
