This role is an exciting opportunity to join and work within our in-house Research Team. As a research coordinator at Sky, you’ll be at the forefront of managing UK research requests, helping ensure teams across Sky are provided with the best research route for their needs. You’ll be assisting the Fieldwork Manager and the wider research team in supporting insight managers and business partners deliver revelatory insights.
What you'll do:
  • Support the management of research & insight requests from teams across the business. Ensuring the R&I Hub process is followed and the R&I Hub site is up to date.
  • Manage the capacity and resource planning of the internal Research team. Efficiently scheduling projects and ensuring work is distributed across the team.
  • Assist in effective supplier management. Ensuring our preferred supplier list is up to date and handling post project and annual agency reviews.
  • Supporting the logistical aspects of research projects, our longitudinal communities and the Customer Closeness Programme.
What you'll bring:
  • Pride in your strong organisational skills – ability to spin lots of plates at the same time.
  • Experience of project management/co-ordination with the ability to work at pace and - used to tight time pressures and delivering to tight deadlines!
  • Experienced in setting up and managing SharePoint sites and proficient in Microsoft Office (fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A great teammate with solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
